Therefore, private lending through Castle View Properties costs you nothing but the income tax due on your high-yield income. That’s it. All other costs and fees are taken care of by us*. You are not even charged an investment management fee. And yes, we can help you to self-direct your IRA funds so that you can earn high-yield returns on your investment dollars.
What happens investor does not stay current on interest payments?
You have a collateral (property) that is well more than the value of your loan. In worst case scenario where the property has to be foreclosed, it will pay off your loan and pay you a substantial amount of equity in addition.
